At Tohfaverse, every hamper is thoughtfully curated and many of our products are made-to-order or personalized. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any products.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on delivered orders. Refunds will only be considered if an order cannot be fulfilled by us or in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Missing item(s) in the order
Product received in a damaged condition
To request an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item or product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided processing has not started. Once an order enters customization, packaging, or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
